Super Falcons star Rasheedat Ajibade has emphasized the importance of fan support as the team aims to win a 10th title at the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations, according to Nigeriasoccernet.com.

With strong contenders like hosts Morocco, defending champions South Africa, and other top teams in the mix, Ajibade believes the backing of Nigerian fans will be crucial in helping the Super Falcons achieve their objective.

“So, my word to the family back home, and all our friends who support us across the continent, keep praying for us, keep supporting us,” the 25-year-old told reporters as per the Daily Post.

The Super Falcons will kick off their campaign against Tunisia in Casablanca on Sunday. Ajibade is urging fans to rally behind the team as they strive for continental glory.
