Minister of Sports, Barrister Solomon Dalung might cause and international furore after he alleged the Spanish Embassy in Lagos of deliberately denying a National basketball team entry v1sas causing the them to miss an international competition on its home soil and went further to describe Sports as “war without bloodshed”.

Minister Dalung admonished Sports Federations to understand and appreciate the intricacies of international sports politics as well as employ the statutory instruments of applying for visas well ahead of the commencement of respective competitions including approaching the Ministry.
