U-20 AFCON: Mozambique striker says feeling is right in training

Customs Chaimito, one of the youngester of the Mozambican under twenty team has disclosed that preparations ahead of the U-20 African Cup of Nations, AFCON is going on well, Nigeriasoccernet.com gathered.

The young Zambian boys who are in group A alongside Nigeria, Senegal and host Egypt are in Motola getting ready for the African showpiece which will kick off next month.

Chaimito spoke enthusiastically about their warm up for the competition stating that they can achieve greatness with the spirit in the camp.

“Our preparation is going very well, so much so that “mister” Dário and all the others have helped us a lot to better interpret situations both individually and collectively,” he enthused.

“I believe that with this way of working, always united and focused on a single objective, together we can win victories and consequently the objectives set for this mission.”

“My message is that we are going to play for the country and that they support us at all times because we can all do it together,” he concluded.

Calilo Traore said: “I am in this working group for the first time, but I feel that the preparation is going very well in all aspects.”

“Individually and collectively, I hope to achieve high levels of performance for what we are focused on, namely playing well and winning. With each training session, the group shows itself to be more and more united and cohesive.”

Mozambique will tackle Egpt in their first game at the AFCON on the 19th of February.
