Nigeria forward Iyayi Atimven has joined Moldova Premier League side Sheriff Tiraspol, Nigeriasoccernet can report.

The 26-year-old began his European journey in 2016 in Turkey. Two years later he moved to Croatia, where he played for Gorica, Lokomotiv and Dynamo Zagreb.
"Nigerian striker Iyayi Atimven became another newcomer to our team. The player passed a medical examination and signed an agreement with the club, becoming a full-fledged part of the friendly family of FC Sheriff," club statements read.

Iyayi played four matches in the qualification of the Europa League and 6 matches in the group stage of the League of Conferences for the Cypriots Omonia.
