After the day of rest granted by coach Pioli, the Rossoneri returned to training to prepare for their next league match which sees them host Roma at San Siro on Sunday 28 June at 17:15 CEST. Ivan Gazidis, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were all present at Milanello to observe the session.
THE REPORT
The team took to the pitch at 10:30 CEST for a warm-up consisting of exercises with low hurdles and mannequins. They then carried out some rondos to finish the warm-up phase. The session continued with the group divided into two, alternating between two zones and carrying out technical work at the highest possible intensity. They finished the day with a possession drill followed by a match on a reduced pitch.
FRIDAY 26 JUNE
The schedule for Friday 26 June at Milanello only involves one afternoon session which starts at 17:00 CEST.
