Few days after joining Bulgaria's PFC Levski Sofia, Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Shehu Abdullahi has emerged as the highest earner in the club.

The Kano Pillars legend joined the capital club last weekend as a free agent after he departed Cyprus Premier League side Omonia Nicosia.

The Bulgarian side announced his capture via its news outlet on a year deal and he resumed duties with the club immediately.

According to the update, Abdullahi will take home €9, 000 monthly at Levski and that made him the highest earner in the team.
