Luciano Spalletti spoke in the post-match press conference after the 3-3 draw against Fiorentina: “In these situations, it’s the morale aspect that lingers as things go against you. It would’ve been an important result for our league position. We must highlight our performance, coming against a Fiorentina side that’s in form. We put in a top performance, even from a character point of view. We’re on the right path but we must ensure that the lads stay focused. These type of situations can weigh heavily and can influence matches. We must confront Friday’s match against Cagliari with the same enthusiasm.”
