Son of Ghana’s President Sharaf Mahama will be in the stands to cheer Asamoah Gyan in Al Ain’s big derby clash against Al Jazira on Sunday.

The 22-year-old who studies in Dubai met up with the Black Stars captain a few hours before he joined up with his teammates to prepare for the top of the league clash.

 

Sharaf, an aspiring footballer himself is a big fan of Asamoah Gyan - just like his father, H.E John Dramani Mahama.

He took pictures with the Al Ain ace and promised he will be amongst the massive home crowd supporting the Boss to victory in Sunday’s clash against Al Jazira.

Al Ain are currently three points clear their Abu Dhabi rivals ahead of Sunday’s clash.

A win for Zlatko Dalic’s side will give them an immense advantage towards their bid to reclaim the Arabian Gulf League title this season.
