Kelechi Iheanacho has been in out of form since moving to La Liga following the expiration of his contract with Leicester City, Sevilla are planning to look for a mutual solution as they look to address their goal-scoring woes as the injury to Chidera Ejuke keeps hunting them, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Sevilla, disappointed with Kelechi Iheanacho’s performance, are actively seeking a replacement for the Nigerian international. Despite a promising start to his career, Iheanacho has struggled to adapt to Sevilla’s style of play.

His limited impact, particularly in La Liga, has led the club to consider him a lost cause.

Given Iheanacho’s contract, which extends until 2026, Sevilla may explore a loan move to a Championship club in England to offload his high wages. However, finding a suitable destination that can accommodate his salary demands could prove challenging.
