Serie A : Desser’s goal too late to save Cremonese

Super Eagles striker Cyril Desser played all 90 minutes on Saturday evening but was in the loosing side as Cremonese lost to Monza 3-2.

Monza even while away from home were running away with a win as they lead 3-0 after 55 minutes with a goal from Patrick Ciurria and a brace from Gianluca Caprari.

The home however will not go down without a fight, Ciofani in the 67th minute scored form a Valeri’s cross.

Desser then brought some level of hope with seven left on the hour when he scored the second For Cremonese but Monza ran away with a 3-2 win.

This means Desser finally ended his  five games goal drought, his third in sixteen league games. The defeat however left Cremonese winless in all of their 18 league games.
