Lega Serie A has established, starting the 2019/2020 season, the recognition for the best footballer of each month of the Serie A TIM.
Lazio's midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has been awarded the Most Valuable Player for the month of December in the Serie A TIM 2019/2020.
The final standings of the four games in December have been drawn up according to Stats Perform's statistical surveys, with the help of the tracking data registered by Netco Sports.
"Milinkovic-Savic has contributed with his performances to drag Lazio in the current streak of consecutive successes. A complete midfielder, capable of affecting both in the defensive phase with decisive recoveries, and in the offensive one with his goals and assists for his teammates", said Luigi De Siervo, Lega Serie A CEO.
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic will be awarded on Saturday 11 January at the Stadio Olimpico, before the match against Napoli (kick off at 18:00 CET).
