Nigeria Super Falcons player, Rinsola Babajide has won her first-ever Chafiras MVP Award in the Spanish La Liga F after her fine display over the weekend, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Babajide scored a puskas-worthy goal for Costa Adeje Tenerife Egatesa in their 4-1 win over Sevilla Feminine with her compatriot, Monday Gift scoring a brace in the match.

After the match, the Super Falcons winger received the award after her fine performance.

She said after the award via a post on X on Tuesday "Happy to have won the first-ever Chafiras MVP award, thank you to all my supporters who voted for me, also kudos to all our @UDCATenerife supporters who showed up to our first home game of the season, we appreciate you all."
