Brighton & Hove Albion head coach Graham Potter believes defensive recruit Adam Webster will be a valuable addition to his Seagulls squad.
The 24-year-old has joined Albion for an undisclosed fee from Championship outfit Bristol City, signing a four-year contract with the South Coast outfit.
He will bring additional competition alongside our existing defensive options.

And Potter, who saw Webster in action last season when he was in charge of Swansea City, is pleased to have completed the signing of a player he clearly rates very highly.
He told his club's official website said: "Adam is a player the club has been aware of for some time, and someone we came up against last season at Swansea City.
"He is a quality defender, comfortable on the ball, fits the profile of the type of player we want to bring to the club and he was very keen to join us.
"He is still relatively young, but has good experience from the number of games he has played.
"Predominately a centre-half, he can also play at right-back and he will bring additional competition alongside our existing defensive options."
Webster spent just one season at Ashton Gate, having previously played for Ipswich Town and Portsmouth.
The Seagulls start their Premier League season next Saturday when they head to Vicarage Road to take on Watford.
They are 12/5 to secure a draw against the Hornets, with a 0-0 final scoreline available at 7/1 and a 1-1 result priced at 6/1.
