Caretaker Fulham manager Scott Parker has challenged his side to try and upset Liverpool's Premier League title bid at Craven Cottage on Sunday.
The Cottagers are facing almost certain relegation as they lie 13 points adrift of safety following six consecutive league defeats, but Parker has been enthused by the performances against Chelsea and Leicester City in their last two outings
We've got some very good footballers at the club and we need to start getting the best out of them.
Scott Parker
And he is looking for a big display from his players when Liverpool visit on Sunday, with the Red hoping to return to the top of the table with a victory on the banks of the Thames.
He told his club's official website: "We've got some very good footballers at the club and we need to start getting the best out of them.
"They have a chance at the weekend in front of the cameras to prove how good they are. If we play the way we want to play, we can cause an upset and we can get points.
"It's obviously a massive challenge. It's a team that is fighting at the right end of the table in terms of fighting for the championship.
"It's a big challenge for us as a team, but one we're looking forward to."
Fulham have lost all five of their most recent meetings with the Merseysiders, conceding 16 goals in the process.
They can be backed at 6/1 to earn a draw on Sunday, with the visitors 1/4 to win the game and 13/2 to repeat the 2-0 victory they completed at Anfield earlier on in the campaign.
