Wolves head coach Nuno Espirito Santo was pleased to come away from Saturday's "emotional game" at Bournemouth with a point.
Wolves eventually drew a game of three penalties 1-1 with Raul Jimenez's second-half spot-kick cancelling out Josh King's earlier effort.
King then wasted a great opportunity to win all three points for the Cherries only to miss a late penalty.
Nuno said afterwards: "I wouldn't say it was bizarre; bizarre was too strong. I would say it was an emotional game. Both teams were competitive but both sets of players gave everything to try to win the game.
"I thought we dug deep and tried to get back into the game in the second half. In some moments we lost a bit of organisation and balance, and Bournemouth, the speed that they have, the quality they have, they caused us trouble.
"Joao Moutinho was really bleeding and is in pain after the challenge by [Jefferson] Lerma. He was not happy and a short man angry is tough."
Wolves can be backed at 8/11 to beat rock-bottom Huddersfield Town in their next Premier League match on Tuesday and at 13/2 to win the West Yorkshire clash 2-0.
