NPFL25: Nasarawa United part ways with Kabir Dogo

Nasarawa United have mutually agreed to part ways with technical director, Kabir Dogo effective immediately following a thorough review of the club's performance in the ongoing NPFL campaign, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Despite the efforts of the coaching staff and players, results have not improved to the level required hence the management's decision to make a change with Salisu Yusuf announced as the new replacement to take charge of the team immediately.

The official club statement read; "We want to specially thank coach Kabir Dogo who has taken our club and members as a family for his commitment and hard work during his time with us. Unfortunately, results have not gone in our favor and we feel it is in the best interest of the Club to move forward with a new direction."

On his part, Dogo who was on his second stint with the Solid Miners has appreciated the management and other staff of the club for the opportunity to have managed the Solid Miners, extending his heartfelt gratitude to the players, supporters and fans alike, while wishing the team all the best in the tasks ahead.
