The experienced gaffer who has managed numerous clubs in the league attributed the result to the anxiety experienced by many of his new players.

Reflecting on the game, Ogunbote remarked, "Today's game is just quite an unfortunate match. We had a lot of difficulties in terms of anxiety and all the rest of it."

He further explained, "If you look at the team, it is more or less a relatively new team and we are just trying to get ourselves, playing on the field for the first time, trying to impress our supporters."

The coach emphasized that team chemistry takes time to develop, stating, "Synergy in a team does not come overnight. We want to appeal for the patience and understanding of our fans. In no distant time, the understanding in the team will be there."

Ogunbote also addressed the reason behind the recruitment of new players, noting, "Last season, we retained 19 players, believing that all of them would be with us, unfortunately, we lost some of them."

Ogunbote will hope for a better result when his team visits Benin for a date with Bendel Insurance this weekend.
