The Prosperity Boys put four past the Ikon Allah Boys at the Samson Siasia Stadium Yenagoa in a game largely dominated by the hosts.

Emos James was the one who started the onslaught after 16 minutes of play and 7 minutes later it was already 2-0 courtesy of Wisdom Magbisa as the hosts remained with a comfortable lead at halftime.

Auwal Sadiq without much ado tripled the lead for Bayelsa United 5 minutes into the second half to make any hope of a comeback more difficult.
