NPFL approves Rangers International's return to the Cathedral

The Nigeria Premier Football League has granted approval for Rangers International to return to their home ground, Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu also known as the Cathedral, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Enugu State based club adopted the Awka City Stadium, Anambra as their home ground since last season following the declaration of the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium as unfit.

And after 15 matches played in the 2023/2024 Nigeria Premier Football League season, the 7-time champions will return to their home with the full support of their home fans.

A correspondence from the NPFL to Rangers and signed by Davidson Owumi, the Chief Operating Officer, conveyed the approval which opened the stadium for matches from Matchday 16.
