Dusan Vlahovic netted the decisive goal just four minutes into the match at Rome's Stadio Olimpico, converting from 12 yards.

Both teams came close to scoring again, with Atalanta's Ademola Lookman and Juventus' Fabio Miretti both striking the woodwork late on.

Atalanta's long wait for a trophy continues, as their last triumph was the 1963 Coppa Italia.

They will have another opportunity to end this drought next week in the Europa League final against Bayer Leverkusen in Dublin.
