Ghanaian international midfielder King Osei-Gyan scored the equaliser for Halmstad BK in their 1-1 away draw with Orebro in the Swedish Allsvenskan on Saturday afternoon.

The 26-year-old former Fulham triallist pecked the scoring in the 55th minute for Halmstad after Nordin Gerzic had fired the shot ahead in the 47th minute.

Gyan arrived inside the box in time to finish off a James Keene rebound which had come off the host keeper to register his first goal of the season.

The goal highlights Gyan's impactful performance for Halmstad in their last five games as he has provided three assists and scored once.

While he was in action, his compatriot Kwame Amponsah-Karikari warmed the Halmstad bench while defender Sam Mensah was also unused by Orebro.
