The Chairman of Kano Pillars fc, Alh Babangida Umar Little has described the death of former general manager of the Club, Alh Salisu Yaro as a great loss not only to the families and Kano Pillars fc but to the entire Football world.
Alh Babangida Umar Little made the remark in a condolence message to the families of the football icon who died Monday in Kano after a brief illness.
Alh Babangida Umar Little said late Salisu Yaro was a dedicated and committed person to the growth and development of Kano Pillars fc and the round leather game in general.
The Pillars chairman pointed out that late Salisu Yaro always sleep and wakes up with Kano Pillars fc in mind.
He also described Yaro as mentor and benefactor to many football young stars who is interested in their growth and progress.
The Pillars Chairman explained that late Salisu Yaro will forever be remembered by the Soccer families for his simplicity and down to personality.
Alh Babangida Umar therefore urged the upcoming football administrators to emulate the sterling qualities of late Yaro whose football career starts since the famous Raccah Rovers era.
He prayed almighty Allah to grant him aljanna Firdausi and give his family fortitude and courage to the irreparable loss.
In his remarks. Kano Pillars FC Secretary, Comrade Sani Ibrahim coach charged players and the entire staff of Kano Pillars to continue to pray for the repose of the soul of late Salisu Yaro.
