IFFHS Award: Nnadozie nominated for  Women's Best Goalkeeper

Nigerian goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie has been nominated for the 2025 International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) Women's Best Goalkeeper award, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Nnadozie's impressive displays for Paris FC and Nigeria earned her the recognition.

The 24-year-old shot-stopper had a stellar season, helping Paris FC win the Coupe de France Feminine and playing a crucial role in Nigeria's record-extending 10th Women's Africa Cup of Nations title in Morocco.

She was named Goalkeeper of the Tournament and also finished fourth in the 2025 Yachine Trophy, a first for an African and Nigerian goalkeeper.

The winner of the award will be announced in December.

Nnadozie's nomination is a testament to her exceptional form and her growing reputation as one of the best goalkeepers in women's football.
