Hearts coach Herbert Addo has accepted blame for the side’s flagging start to the season following another lackluster draw against city rivals Liberty Professionals on Wednesday.
Hearts had to rally from behind to pick a point at the Accra sports stadium as their fans watched in agony and despair.
