Midfielder Jordan Henderson has earned plaudits from England head coach Gareth Southgate as he prepares to make his 50th international appearance.
The Liverpool ace made his England bow back in November 2010 in a friendly against France and has gone on to be a regular for the Three Lions, helping his country reach the semi-finals of the World Cup last summer.
He is so important for us and has been for the last couple of managers.

And Southgate was full of praise for his player as England prepare to take on Montenegro in Podgorica in a European Championship qualifier on Monday evening.
He told reporters: "It requires huge commitment to play for England and on a personal level I think Jordan's qualities as a player have been under-appreciated at times.
"He is so important for us and has been for the last couple of managers.
"Everybody values his winning mentality - good players make other players play well. It's not just about your performance, but the impact you have on others and Jordan is a leader."
Meanwhile, Henderson played down his impending landmark, adding: "I'm proud to play for my country, but the type of person I am, I'll not really think about it too much.
"Maybe I'll think about it when I finish my career, but at the moment I just want to concentrate on doing the best for my team."
England are priced at 1/3 to win in Montenegro on Monday, with the draw priced at 17/4 and a 1-1 final score available at 17/2.
Two previous meetings of the two sides in the Balkans have both ended in draws - 1-1 in March 2013 and 2-2 in October of 2011.
