ALBERT Adomah insists Middlesbrough must finish the job and beat Norwich City at Wembley to secure English Premier League football next season.

The Ghana winger, who was outstanding in Friday night's 3-0 play-off semi-final second leg victory over Brentford, hailed a fantastic team effort from the hosts at the Riverside Stadium.

But he also knows that victory will count for nothing if Boro slip up in the final on Bank Holiday Monday.

He said: "The job is not done yet because we still have to go to Wembley and perform to make sure we win the game."

Adomah scored Boro's third goal on a memorable night at the Riverside as well as setting up Lee Tomlin's opener.

But he is happy to share the credit for the performance and victory.

He said: "Everyone on the pitch did their jobs, we defended well, attacked well and and the support and the atmosphere was brilliant."

London-born Adomah revealed he hasn't played at the iconic national stadium and can't wait to run out onto that famous Wembley turf.

"It's the national stadium and all the lads are looking forward to it," he said. "I haven't played at Wembley before and I don't care who we play."
