Bechem United shared the spoils with WAFA in a nail-biting 1-1 stalemate at the Gyeabour Park in the Brong Ahafo region in the Ghana Premier League on Saturday.
Ghana U23 attacking midfielder had fired the host ahead two minutes before the interval and WAFA could not earn anything from the first-half.
But youngster Kennedy Kissi Koranteng equalised for WAFA nine minutes from normal time as WAFA ended on a high note from the game.
United made no secret of their intentions right from the blast of the whistle as they showed their attacking-minded game.
After failing in series of attempts to equalise before the break, WAFA returned from the interval to further highlight their impressive play and they dully earned their reward in the 81st minute when Koranteng scored a well-rehearsed goal from just outside of the area.
WAFA will amass seven points but still face dangers of dropping into the relegation zone.
