Ghana goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey says he and his colleague will have to be alive to the threat posed by David Villa ahead of their MLS meeting this weekend.

The Norwegian born Ghanaian goalkeeper is settling in well in Portland after moving on from Norwegian side Strongodset.

His recent strong showing will however be put to test when they come up against David Villa’s New York City and Kwarasey says he is looking forward to the challenge.

“They are a very good side with the ability to hurt us so we have to be alive to them,” Kwarasey said
