Ghana defender Kwabena Adusei has returned to training with South African top-flight side Mpumalanga Black Aces after a ten-month injury-induced absence.

The centre-back has been given a rousing welcome following his return to training with the PSL side after the long-term injury.

The 28-year-old has not played since November following a serious knee problem that the club say at one stage looked career-threatening.

Adusei has been under the knife on a number of occasions but has now begun training again and is working his way back to full fitness.

Black Aces are expecting him to be back in action in six weeks time.

Adusei joined Black Aces from Ghana Premier League side Asante Kotoko and made eight starts before being struck down by injury.
