Flying Eagles Coach, Emmanuel Amuneke has admitted that the task of guiding the team to victory will be tougher than his previous achievement with the U-17 at the World Cup in 2015.

The World Cup winner has commenced preparation for the 2017 Afcon U-20 Cup of Nations qualifiers against Burundi billed for next month and he maintains there is need to be meticulous and detailed in building a team.

Nigeria are defending champions on the continent, the last edition of the competition won by Manu Garba and Nduka Ugbade in Senegal.

At the weekend, the Flying Eagles thumped a local team 4-1 in Abuja with 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup stars, Victor Osimhen and Kelechi Nwakali leading the charge for Amuneke’s men.
