Nigeria Premier Football League side, Katsina United can have a sigh of relief following the lifting of the ban on the club transfers by FIFA, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
In a letter made public to newsmen, the World Football governing body through its legal portal has closed proceedings on the case of Mahamadou Souley Salamoun who was owed by the club.
This decision comes after the creditor, Mahamadou Souley Salamoun, confirmed receipt of the outstanding amounts from the club, in accordance with FIFA's decision.
Consequently, FIFA has requested the Nigerian Football Federation to immediately lift the ban imposed on Katsina United FC at the national level. However, it's important to note that this lifting of the ban only relates to the specific case and does not affect any other existing bans on the club.
