After beating Katsina United and Enyimba FC, the De Rice Boys have defeated the Solid Miners 5-4 on penalties after 1-1 at full time at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin, to reach the semi-final of the competition.
The decisive moment came when Ezema converted a penalty kick in the 70th minute, canceling out the opponent's earlier goal.
They play another NPFL side, Ikorodu City, in the semi-final.
