Defending Champions of the Nigeria Premier Football League, Enyimba FC booked their place in the round of 16 of the President Federation Cup after defeating Nigeria National League side, FC One Rocket, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The People's Elephant edged the Uyo side 1-0 courtesy of a Chijioke Mbaoma's goal in the first half at the Samson Siasia Stadium on Wednesday.
A slightly balanced game saw few chances created by both sides for a large part of the first half despite Enyimba edging it on possession.
On 38 minute of the game, the deadlock was broken as Chijioke Mbaoma headed Enyimba in front with a smooth delivery from Murphy Ndukwu.
FC One Rocket continued to take the game to the league giants as the encounter remained cagey in the second half.
However, things became dicey for Enyimba after goalkeeper Ani Ozoemena was shown a red card after judging that the ball hit the goalkeeper's hand outside the box.
The Aba boys nevertheless remained efficient to edge the tie as Mbaoma nearly made it two after he was put through on goal, he dribbled pass two defenders but FC One Rocket made a good save to deny him his second of the evening after 81 minute.
Chibueze Izuogu took a free kick and FC One Rocket goalkeeper saved the ball three minutes later.
One minute after 90 minute Alalibo could have ended the tie 2-0 in favour of Enyimba, but failed to convert the goal after he was given a seater by Mbaoma.
It ended 1-0 at the Samson Siasia Stadium as Enyimba progressed to the next round of the competition. They play Abia Warriors next on Sunday in the Nigeria Premier Football League.
