Emenike started the game at Recep Tayyip Erdogan Stadyumu and made his presence felt with a well-taken goal on the stroke of half-time.

The Nigerian forward also provided two assists in a barnstorming display that saw the Yellow Canaries win only their first league game of the season.

Emenike’s goal was pretty straightforward as he swept home Jeremain Lens’ cross from just three yards, with the Kasimpasa goalkeeper Ramazan Köse in no man’s land.

He also assisted in Fener’s first and fourth goals scored by Josef de Souza and Moussa Sow respectively.

For his first assist, the striker received a pass just outside the Kasimpasa penalty area and showed great vision to play in de Souza with an intelligent right-footed pass which the Brazilian midfielder finished off emphatically from eight yards.

His second assist was down to sheer unselfishness as he passed up an opportunity to score to square for onrushing teammate Moussa Sow in the 73rd minute.

Emenike has now scored four goals in all competitions for Fener this season.
