The Confederation of African Football (CAF) have announced the dates for the 2016 CAF Champions League group stage matches. Nigeria representatives Enyimba drawn in Group B with Zamalek of Egypt, Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa and ES Setif of Algeria will begin their campaign on the 19th of June with a home game against Zamalek.
Enyimba’s next game will be in South Africa against Mamelodi Sundowns on Thursday the 30th of June before returning back home to play Algerian side ES Setif on the 17th of July.
The second round of games will see Enyimba travel to Algeria for the reverse tie of their game against ES Setif on the 26th of July which will be followed by another game in North Africa against Egyptian side Zamalek on the 14th of August.
Two time winnners of the Champions League Enyimba will round up their group stage campaign at home against Mamelodi Sundowns on the 23rd of August.
