According to Sky Sports UK, Cardiff City are getting closer and closer to sign Argentinian-Italian striker Emiliano Sala (28), having the time of his life in Ligue 1 right now, by paying Nantes an about 20 million pounds transfer fee, a much higher sum than Welsh club's current expense record, set in summer 2013, when purchasing Gary Medel from Sevilla FC on a £11m move. Sala, playing for Les Canaries since 2015/16, is tracked by Fulham as well.
