The former chairman of the League Management Committee of the Nigeria Premier Football League champions will on Sunday ensure the encounter on and off the pitch is properly managed.
The fixture will hold at the Cairo International Stadium on Sunday.
RS Berkane defeated Zamalek 2-1 in the first leg last Sunday at Berkane Municipal Stadium.
Issoufou Dayo and Adil Tahif scored for Moroccan outfit in the encounter, while Seifeddine Jaziri score the lone goal for Berkane.
Dikko in 2018, commissioned the CAF Champions League final between Tunisia’s Esperance and Al Ahly of Egypt.
