Onyemachi despite scoring a goal and providing an assist saw his side lose 2-3 in Boavista’s home in Liga Portugal against Casa Pia on Monday.

After a half hour without a goal, Rodrigo Abascal broke the deadlock for the visitors before Felipe Ferreira doubled the lead in the 43rd minute as Casa Pia.

However, Onyemaechi gave the hosts hope for a comeback with his goal at the end of the first half to end the first half 1 2.

Livolant restored Casa Pia's 2-goal lead in the 50th minute as Pedro Gomes' send-off in the 62nd complicated things more for the hosts.

Bozenik pulled one back for the Boavista after 3 minutes of additional time courtesy of an assist from Onyemaechi. Still, it came a little too late for the score to change as the game ended 2-3 at the Estádio do Bessa Séc.
