Ashantigold coach Bashir Hayford has confirmed he will sign contract extension at the club.
The current league leaders are preparing to extend the stay of the former Medeama trainer following an impressive run this season.
The miners are seven points clear at the top of the table with nine games to end the campaign and have decided to extend the mandate of their chief coach.
Hayford has been credited for transforming the side since he took charge two years ago and the ex-Kotoko coach has revealed he will sign a new deal at the club.
“I don’t have a problem with a contract extension. I don’t have a problem with the club and the Boss, Mr. Fianoo is very fantastic to work with. The management members are very good,” he told Starr FM
“I will wish to extend my contract if they so wish."
