AshantiGold Chief Executive Kudjoe Fianoo has promised to reward his players if they put up an eye-catching display against Asante Kotoko on Wednesday afternoon.
It the biggest clash on Week 7 as AshGold host the defending champions at the Len Clay Sports Stadium.
The Miners have already beaten Kotoko thrice during the off-season and are bent on bagging the points to widen their lead at the top.
“The policy of the sporting club is not to give special winning packages but when the players give a wonderful performance wealthy of the eye I promise to give them a reward," Fianoo said.
“It’s a big match any day an Ashanti derby. We have beaten them three times during the pre -season.
“So it will be difficult to defeat them but I’m confident of a definite victory."
AshantiGold lead the Ghana Premier League with 15 points.
