CAF has appointed referees from Guinea-Bissau to handle Ghana’s opening 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Mauritius in Accra next Sunday.

Fidel Gomes, 45, has been appointed as the centre referee.

He will be supported by compatriots Firmino Bassafim and Camilcar Manuel Biague.
