Right-back Cissé has been declared fit after sustaining a knee injury against Mali in the final Group D match.

The 19-year old is the first choice of coach Michel Dussuyer and will line him up against the Black Stars.

Striker Sylla has also fully recovered from an injury that ruled him out of the whole Group stage.

“I gave everything at training and now I am ready. My teammates played and we qualified for the quarter-finals, and God willing I will be able to contribute to the team with my come-back,” Sylla confirmed.

Guinea drew 1-1 with Ghana in Casablanca and lost 3-1 at the Tamale Sports Stadium during the qualifying campaign.
