Ghana coach Avram Grant says he intends to make good use of all the players he brought to the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

The 56-year-old has had to fall on the depth of his squad throughout the group stage to make up for the loss of regulars through either injuries, illness or tactical reasons.

Only four players in the team have played every single minute of Ghana’s campaign in Equatorial Guinea – to further stress on Avram Grant’s rotational policy.

The former Chelsea trainer says he has the intention of making good use of every member of the squad he brought to the tournament.

“We picked 23 players to this tournament with the intention that maybe we will use each one of them,” he said.

“Each one of them [players] came because of a reason.

“In the first game we missed a key player and in the second and the third game other players came in and made their contributions.

“I don’t know who we will be playing tomorrow but I can assure you that it is not only the players on the pitch that are important but also players on the bench.”
