Ghanaian Premier League side Inter Allies have asked trainer Yaw Acheampong to decide whether he wants to be assistant to newly named head coach Paa Kwesi Fabin, according to Accra-based radio station - Oman FM.

The former AshantiGold head coach joined Allies last July but is set to head for the exit if he reject the proposal to work as assistant to former Ghana U17 coach Fabin who was confirmed head coach two weeks ago.

Reports circulating claim Acheampong has already quit the Tema-based club but new reports claim he has been approached by the club to consider taking a role as assistant to Fabin.

Acheampong was hoping to fully steer the club as head coach when the Ghanaian Premier League season starts but the options are now two for him - either take the exit or act as assistant to Fabin.
