Orban set on firing Hoffenheim in Bundesliga survival bid
Nigerian forward Gift Emmanuel Orban is determined to help his Bundesliga side Hoffenheim avoid relegation by increasing his goal tally, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The talented youngster joined Hoffenheim from French Ligue 1 club Olympique Lyon during the winter transfer window and has made a promising impact despite limited game time.
With Hoffenheim currently struggling to stay afloat in the top-flight, Orban is focused on playing a key role in their survival push.
"Hoffenheim is a good club, but in a tough spot right now," Orban said in an interview with the club's official website.
"Many clubs approached me in the winter, but the management here showed me great respect and convinced me to join."
Orban added, "I want to score more goals and work hard to help the team."
