The 30-year-old first represented the Daggers during the 2007-2008 season, and went on to play 63 games for the club before his departure in 2009 to Colchester United, where he became a household name.

Okuonghae had turned out for Rushden & Diamonds, Bishop’s Stortford, Aldershot Town, St Albans City and Crawley Town before his move to Dagenham & Redbridge nine years ago.

His other clubs include Weymouth, Luton Town and Hartlepool United.

The former England C international appeared for the youth teams of Fulham, Norwich City and Leicester City.
