EFCC suffered another setback to their fight for relegated in the Nigeria National League after a loss to El Kanemi Warriors at home on Friday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Abuja based team lost 2-1 to the Bauchi side in the Conference C fixture played at the Area 3 Stadium, Abuja.

Midfielder, Bright Etaghara opened score for the visitors in the early minutes of the game in 2 minutes, but Aliyu Abubakar restored parity for anti-graft football club to end the first half 1-1.

After a cagey affair in the second half with the spoils envisaged to be shared, defender Mohammed Muktar put a dagger to the heart of the home fans with a 90 minutes goal to give El Kanemi Warriors all points.

The win moves the Warriors to second in the Conference C log playing 9 matches while EFCC are 8 with 6 points, 2 points ahead of last place, Nigeria Air force FC.
