NLO: Adegoke Adewale hattrick returns Lekki United to winning ways
Lekki United recorded a comfortable win over Gbagada FC in the Nationwide League One, NLO at the Legacy Pitch on Thursday, Nigeriasoccernet.com report.
Adegoke Adewale helped United return to winning ways after scoring a hattrick, leading Lekki United to a 4-0 throbbing of Gbagada FC.
Owoyele Michael opened score after connecting with a 1-2 ball and struck into the net on 24 minutes as the first half ended 1-0.
The second goal didn't come until after 33 minutes of play in the second 45 as Adewale doubled the lead from the penalty spot before he made it 3-0 with his second of the day.
He put the icing on the cake with United's fourth and his hattrick to hand Lekki United a great win in their matchday 6 after a 1-all to Broad City some days go.
