Former Super Eagles coach and member of the Nigeria Football Federation’s Technical committee Christian Chukwu has stated that the interim appointment of the technical crew of the trio of Salisu Yusuf, Imama Amapakabo and Kennedy Boboye will not be in contention for the Super Eagles job on a permanent basis.

Chukwu reiterated that the appointment is just for the two friendly games and that the modalities for the engagement of a permanent coach for the Super Eagles will be drawn after the games.
