Muniru Sulley debuts for Steaua Bucuresti in pre-season friendly defeat

Ghanaian Muniru Sulley played his first match for Steaua Bucuresti on Wednesday in pre-season friendly against SK Austria Klagenfurt.

The younger brother of AC Milan ace Sulley Muntari played the first half of their 5-4 defeat in Austria.

He gave a good account of himself and convinced the technical team of commanding a first team place.

Sulley signed a four-year deal last week from fellow Romanian side CFR Cluj.

Steaua Bucuresti are preparing for their UEFA Champions League second qualifying round tie against Slovakian side AS Trencin.
